Enjoy the delicate, smoky flavor and superior tenderness you love in your favorite meat, fish and veggie dishes year-round. This collection of wood chips is specially designed to enable you to easily smoke food on your stovetop. The chips are uniquely ground to the precise size required for stovetop smokers, and specially designed for the Cameron Stovetop Smoker (although they’ll work with all models). The set includes chips in three flavors:

Alder: Renowned in the Pacific Northwest for smoking salmon, this mild wood is the chef ’s smoke of choice for a delicate flavor. Ideal for seafood and veggies.
Hickory: A BBQ classic! This hardwood adds flavor depth without being harsh. It’s a perfect complement to BBQ sauce on pork ribs or chicken.
Mesquite: The iconic flavor of the Southwest, perfect for everything from chicken tacos to chile rellenos.

100% natural wood chips are kiln dried and made without additives. The chips will begin to smolder after 15 minutes and combust completely, so there’s little to clean up. Set includes one pint of each flavor, approximately 15 uses each.

    • Includes: One pint each of alder, hickory and mesquite wood chips
    • Material: Kiln-dried wood chips
    • Made in the USA
