I find Le Creuset to be absolutely the best. I have a number of pieces and didn't have a skillet. This will go from stove top to oven and will be very versatile.

Love our Dutch oven, so decided to add more Creuset pieces.

We already have a Le Creuset pot with a cover that can be used as a small skillet. It cooks so well. Even I can make perfect pancakes with it. This is something that I have NEVER been able to do in all my 80 years. I recommend that you buy this companies wares.
