how to clean

Help! I have this skillet that I purchased from your store in Boulder,CO. It's been great, but then I cooked panko crusted chicken in it and I can't get it clean. I've tried soaking it in hot water, adding dish soap, boiling baking soda and water in it and sea salt scrub. The bottom is still lumpy

Best Answer: Here are 3 pretty good options:1-Simmer a little vinegar in the bottom of your pan to loosen up the stuck on food, then scrub and dry thoroughly.2-Try making a paste of warm water and baking soda. Let it set in, then try scrubbing the paste into the pan surface.3-Try the Le Creuset Cast Iron Cleaner
