I have avoided non-stick equipment for years, but received some as a gift. I was very hesitant to buy another non stick dark pan as my gifted other brand 9x9 pan required cooking temp and time adjustments, and I was frustrated by not-so-great baking results for the time spent. But, I needed a 9x13 for some coffee cakes and the candid ladies at the store said Tri-Glide won the brownie comparison -- no oiling or flouring of the pan or lowering the temperature were needed. The brownies easily came out of the pan. So did my NO GREASING THE PAN, NO FAT whole wheat apple coffee cakes. My visiting friend who helped make the second coffee cake late at night needed to leave and I said, ""Cake will be done shortly. Give me 7 minutes and you can take half of it with you now. Go pack up while this cools for 5 minutes. "" She was happily shocked when it actually came out of the pan so easily, and she was really on her way in 7 minutes!
