Why did you choose this?

I needed a new cookie sheet
Rayahio L on May 28, 2015
I have previously bought two of these cookie sheets when I was replacing some old ones. I took a chance on these and wow, what a great product! The finish makes clean up easy and they don't rust in the dishwasher. First time I used them was for Christmas cookies with sprinklers. Cooked sprinkles are usually very difficult to get off pans, however this pan they slid right off. I decided to get a couple more while they were on sale. I hope they never discontinue this line.

what is the difference between platinum and tri-glide bakesheets - which is better
A shopper on Dec 26, 2013
Best Answer: Tri-Glade bakeware is made of aluminzed steel, ceramic, and a nonstick silicone coating. It is PFOA free.Platimun Professional bakeware is made of aluminum with a silicone coating. It is PTFE and PFOA free. Both make for very even baking and fantastic food release. I think which is better is more of a matter of opinion

Are the dimensions of the pan 18"x14" the inner baking dimension or from edge to edge of the pan including the lip and border?
Judy H on Nov 20, 2014
Best Answer: Those dimensions are taken from the top, so they include the lip & border.

Can you cut cookie loafs into slices on this tray or will the knife cut the finish?
A shopper on Apr 23, 2015
Best Answer: i haven't tried it in fear that it would cut the finish. So i'm not really sure, but I do love the pan. so easy to clean.
