I bought 2 of these and have been using them for about a month. Best spatula ever! The one piece construction makes them easy to clean so they don't harbor food particles like other spatulas I've had. Pretty colors look great in my kitchen. Love them!
I got this spatula because I wanted this tool in one piece, not to have edges and grooves in which food gets stuck. This tool works great. I haven't used it for cooking, so I can't speak to how it reacts to heat
These are great if you can be beyond careful with them or if you're looking for a spatula you'll only be using with say, cookie doughs and pancake batters. I've only had mine a week, though, and I've discovered a huge flaw-- the flexible portion of the silicone is EXTREMELY delicate. My old spatulas survived all kinds of what I admit to be abuse, such as sharp blender blades, etc., but this one has a chunk missing from simply brushing the side of my skillet last night stirring ground beef (not the normal wear and tear you see in a spatula you've been using, an actual pinkie nail sized divot). Just brushing a not-sharp skillet edge. Honestly, I wouldn't buy them again, knowing how careful I'll have to be with them if I want to get even $10 of use from the others. I won't purchase again, personally, because I don't need a piece of kitchen equipment this fragile
Bought one of these a year ago specifically because it is a single, self-contained piece without any nooks and crannies to catch food and water. Now I use it for everything; omelets, stirfries, cake batter, you name it. Seems to be holding up well, so I'm grabbing these as gifts.
