Awesome Gift
I was given these as a wedding gift a couple months ago and they are hands down one of my favorite gifts. I was skeptical at first because they dont look like they will do what everyone says they will do but after trying them out a couple times, Im impressed.

I use them on top of bowls in the fridge and to cover glass containers that I cant find the lid to anymore. They work out great when transporting a food or beverage item in the car to a friends house with out a spill in the car. Saran will still have its uses in my house but these lids reduce the amount of waste from using too much plastic wrap.

This is a stocking stuffer for everyone in my family this year

No need for plastic wrap or foil anymore
I have seen a lot of products that are a replacement to plastic wrap. But this is as simple as putting the flower on top and it actually seals to the bowl. The seal is stronger than you would expect. You can also use it in the microwave or on a skillet as a splatter guard. Great value! Great product!

Magic
I don't understand how this works, but boy does it. Place the flower on whatever item you would like to seal, an vuala, sealed. I was skeptical, but to prove a point, my friend then swung it around by the handle. Talk about nerve wreaking! But no spills to report, the lid held its seal until the bowl was safely returned to the table

This looks crazy but it works!
My favorite use for this is reheating and cooking foods in the microwave because I hate the idea of plastic wrap melting on my food. It works perfectly! These silicone lids are also excellent for covering up bowls in the fridge, or even covering up your salad bowl if you're dining al fresco

Good replacement for saran wrap!
I love this design and I like how it seals and covers your food and you can also use it to cover your food in the microwave. I am going to buy the rest of the sizes that they have. I really like the fact that I don't need to use saran wrap anymore and having to continuously buy saran wrap. Since these are silicone, I'm sure they will last longer

Silicone small lid
Amazing item. I'll never buy plastic wrap again for microwaving or storing bowl in the fridge. They disperse heat evenly, hold on enough to stop any spilling or splattering in oven. Clean easily

It works!
I have some nice stoneware bowls that cling-wrap wouldn't stick to. This works! I will buy a few more sizes now as I'm very pleased with how well they perform.

Great
This is so much better than plastic wrap when microwaving. With plastic wrap, it's so hard to remove it once you've heated your food whereas you can use a utensil to lift an edge and break the seal and then just remove the lid by the handle -- no worries about the steam hurting you. Great for the oven and refrigerator too.

It seals anything with a smooth edge really well; just press down in the middle lightly. Although you may be able to lift the whole container, you are NOT suppose to use the handle to carry things around.

If you're using it as a splatter guard, you may want to have it off to one side to allow moisture to escape but be careful that your flame isn't so high that it extends beyond the edge of the pot or pan you're using -- this item is not flame-proof.

I can never find lids. I will need this all the time.

they just work!!

I have been intrigued by these creative bowl seals for some time and always like ways to avoid trash. The idea that they can be used on a variety of bowl sizes makes it easier than having a specific lid for each bowl.
Hope I get some as a gift one day.

I use these and they were on sale. I could use a few more.
Jill R on Jun 14, 2015
can they be use in the oven for baking?
A shopper on Nov 16, 2014
Best Answer: I believe so but it haven't used them that way, probably wouldn't because I don't cook in plastic. Check what it says on the site. I bought it for its storage capabilities on serving dishes and becaus they're beautiful (saw them at a friend's house who really liked them).

does this seal over cold food?

I have read all these wonderful reports on this product BUT not one of them answered my question. Does this product seal on a bowl or pot of cold food or liquid? Or do the contents have to be hot or warm in order to create a seal?
A shopper on Nov 13, 2013
Best Answer: the products can be any temperature.

Does this lid work on plastic bowls?
Linda Mizumoto on Feb 6, 2015
Best Answer: Yes! These lids are just great! We started with 2, now have many sizes, which we use all the time. Plastic, glass, ceramic, whatever you've got, they will cover, and seal.

can a 11" top be used on smaller bowls?
susanne f on Jan 15, 2015
Best Answer: absolutely, I just love the Lily Pads, gave them to both my daughters and they love them. Use on pots when cooking and the use to cover bowls with leftovers. Seals tightly

can this lilypad cover be used on black cast iron skillets when frying chicken?
A shopper on Jul 1, 2015
Best Answer: I have this but never used it that way, and I would not recommend doing that. What you want is a splatter screen, or use a tall sided pot. I can imagine the lid falling in, or oil collecting on it so when you lift it up the oil drips on the stove top.

Can you use these in the microwave, as the steam won't have where to vent since these lids will seal the bowl?
Sam B on Mar 30, 2015
Best Answer: I have used mine in the microwave to warm food, with no problems.
