Great toaster oven with convection
I ordered this toaster oven recently to replace an old De Longhi toaster oven that was worn out. I wanted a toaster oven that would handle up to 6 slices of bread, was stainless steel and also included convection, but it had to be fairly compact. This Cuisinart toaster oven fit the bill.

I've had this new toaster oven for 2 weeks now, and I'm very happy with it. The controls took a day or two to get used to, but once I did, I find them much more flexible than my old toaster oven. I also like the digital display that counts the time remaining.

I use my toaster oven every morning to toast an English muffin for my husband and a homemade biscuit for myself. It does a great job on both, and I love the Keep Warm setting to keep my biscuit hot while I finish cooking my egg.

I haven't tried roasting a chicken in the oven yet, but I did bake a meatloaf in it using the Convection Bake setting. It did a good job on that.

I also like the fact that the crumb tray pulls out from the front so it's easy to remove & replace.

The only negative about this toaster oven is that the rack doesn't automatically pull out when you open the door. But it's very easy to simply pull the rack out a little way when you're removing hot food items from the oven.
