Big problems were solved.Hunny&I will never use Regular sugar again. In fact haven't in over a Decade plus.Best Price as Well.Look on other ""Sites"".Cost vs.Amount, then S&H.Whew

Caster sugar is used in baking for UK and Euro recipes, and we don't have an equivalent in the US. The very fine granules melt much faster and are excellent for fast baking recipes like scones. It does make a difference. Making it in a coffee grinder (Yuck) or food processor is not precise enough, the granules need to be consistent in size, like this product.

Is this sugar ORGANIC?
MERRI R on Sep 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: No where on the front and back of the packaging does it state it is organic, so I would say no. The manufacturer is India Tree so you could check with them to see if they have an organic option.
Does it contain corn starch like the icing sugar?
Jenni on May 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No, it's just an extremely fine sugar. It does dissolve more quickly but not as quickly as icing sugar. I bought it for sweetening beverages but in the end I found that simple syrup still worked better.
