I wanted a cutting board that was large enough food didn't fall off while chopping and was gentle on my knives. I love the size and ease of use. It is thick, sturdy and good quality product.

Is this board the same on both sides? (I'm hoping that the other side does not have a drip groove.)

How do you clean this board?

Best Answer: You can clean it with warm soapy water, rinse and dry off the surface and let stand to dry completely. Don't let it sit in water. The company also sells a cleaner for it.
