Quit working twice
A friend purchased this for me for Christmas, after I put it on a wish list. It quit working shortly after I got it, so I exchanged it in store, no problem. Now the replacement is malfunctioning, so I have had two go out in less than 3 months. This time I am going to exchange it for a more expensive, more reliable model

"Elegant Product, but"
...this product is very niche. If you really enjoy cappuccino or other espresso drinks that require frothed milk and using the frothing wand proves difficult, then absolutely spend the cash to get this product

I loved this product! I have owned frothers before but never this sleek of a design. Others are bigger and bulkier. It works great and easy to use. Works best if you warm the milk first!

Milk Frother
i LOVE this frother. It's tiny and works really well!! It not only makes great froth but it's quick and easy. The froth will even get stiff if you froth it for about 1 minute. This is a great feature for a cappuccino lover. I've never been able to make thick froth with the steam wand of an espresso machine. But this makes awesome froth without adding water (steam) to the milk. It's battery operated, so there is no hassle with an electric cord. It's fun to use for kids hot cocoa too. Or any type of milk

Not the best
This product would be better if it had a bit more power, when whisk portion is in bottom of cup to stir things up it stops whisking. Also, it needs a stand or something so it is not just laying around on the counter. It looks good though and I like the fact that you push the button to turn on and don't have to hold the button while whisking

very disappointed
When you turn on this frother to test it, the motor runs at very high speed, and sounds wonderful. But the minute you try to froth some liquid, the motor slows down, and the liquid is barely mixed, never mind any frothing. I spent the money on this product, thinking that it would be the best frother on the market, and I am very, very disappointed. The frother I got from Amazon for $10 actually works better

Convenient and easy to use!
I have this frother on my desk at work. When I want Matcha or any other foamy beverage, I whip out this gadget and go to town. It whips up hot almond milk beautifully. Getting the foam just right takes a bit of practice but I promise you will be happy with the results. Tip: Only fill 2/3 (or less) of the cup so milk doesn't spill over while foaming up. When I'm done, I rinse it off and it goes back on my desk--right where I need it when I want my next cup
