I've been exploring gluten free pizza crusts just to see if there's any difference among them and no, there really isn't. This one's a good quality but nothing special. They all basically consist of the same ingredientsnot much to work with GF. Those used to GF pizza and their crusts will like it; others, probably not so much. When baked it has a flatbread look and texture. Note, I baked this round on a pizza pan, not a stone. As mentioned it does come with yeast and requires an egg. Also requires to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes, thus, not an instant crust like some mixes yet still very easy to prepare

My son has Celiacs Disease and I have been making homemade pizzas for him. Found a good recipe we were happy with but then I found Cup4Cup pizza mix. It is extremely easy and always delicious. I also use the cup4cup flour for cookies and pie crust for him - just substituting it in my favorite recipes for the flour. NOT CRUMBLY LIKE OTHERS - Well worth the price!
