I bought this flour to bake cinnamon rolls (a recipe that I have used many times) for a gluten intolerant friend. The yeast ed dough rose beautifully and after baking looked and smelled great. But the texture was off- it was a bit grainy and had a bit of an off taste that was unusual. I have tried other gluten free flours in the past before with the same results, but was hoping that ""French Laundry"" flour was worth the extra cost, but it did not hold up to it's promises

Great gluten free flour
I love this flour! I've substituted regular flour with Cup4Cup in many recipes. Everything has turned out perfectly!

Great Product
I made their crescent roll recipe for my niece who loves the Pillsbury roll, but can no longer eat them. They tasted almost exactly like Pillsbury. I had a very happy niece!
