Epicurean Nonslip Carving Board

Standard Shipping Rates Apply
In Stock and Ready to Ship
EcoFriendly This ultra-lightweight cutting board pairs Epicurean’s revolutionary, dishwasher-safe wood composite with a carving groove for catching drips and nonslip buttons that keep it from sliding during use. Wood composite offers the performance and durability of much thicker boards in an astoundingly thin, lightweight package. Naturally antimicrobial, Epicurean boards are easy to care for.

Absolutely Perfect - The Best Out There!!
Epicurean cutting boards are the best. They dry quickly, the surface remains smooth through use - unlike bamboo which can start to splinter.

This model in particular has rubber grips, a hole for hanging or carrying, a groove to collect fluid.

It is very lightweight and easy to use.

Also, because of the 'soft' wood surface - I use these to ripen fruit eg avocado, peaches, nectarines, persimmons.

You don't want to place your fruit on a hard surface - like granite - while ripening.

Slightly too large for dishwasher
Lightweight and non-slip cutting board. Side grooves kept meat drippings on board. Only disappointment is that it's slightly too large for my Bosch dishwasher and would certainly fit if it was 1/2 inch narrower.

Would be nice if it came in either a different color or a marking to differentiate each board since I like to use separate boards for meat and produce. Also a bit pricey, but with their 20% special discount was the tipping point to give it a try.
