El Salvador Miravalle Cup of Excellence hails from Miravalle farm on the foothills of El Salvador’s largest volcano. The rich, volcanic soils yield a cup redolent of toasted malt and caramel that shines with bright, clear acidity and a medium, silky body.
Columbia La Falda Cup of Excellence comes from the La Falda farm, perched high on the slopes of the Andes. Delightfully complex, this coffee features an initial burst of red fruit aroma fading into sweet cane flavors giving way to a grapey acidity and rich notes of milk chocolate.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a beautifully prepared, natural-process coffee that delivers a deep dose of flavor with huge sweet berry aromas, a velvety mouthfeel and a deeply winy acidity.
