either a lack of instruction or a terrible product
I bought this roller to make spaghetti from scratch with the kids over the weekend and this piece only squashes the pasta into the grooves and makes nothing but annoying rings to be forked or knifed out of each groove. Manufacturer needs to include instructions, or this product is inherently defective. Maybe a dusting of flour would have helped, but nothing was communicated in the packaging of the roller.
