It looks like it would work for noodles for homemade chicken noodle soup. Cheaper than the pasta bikes. Hope it works.

I chose this item because i have been searching for a hand held noodle maker and this looks as though it might just be better than the metal ones i've been looking at and quite a bit cheaper!
