A MUST HAVE....OUTSTANDING!
If you have a salt block this is simply a ""must have"" if you want to master the art of salt block cooking. Bitterman explains in detail everything you'll ever need to know and it's easy to understand. I'm so glad I purchased this cookbook with my salt block -- helped me avoid many disasters
