Love these
I've just started using the silicon bakeware. These are so easy to use and store. After a little loosening, the muffins pop right out of the cups without preparing them first. I loved them so much a bought the smaller cupcake size by a different maker. Hated those, but I love these.

Great Baking Item
Effectively non-stick with no spray or messy paper wrappers. Just put the batter in and they hold their shape well. Easy clean, too. Large size is perfect, too.

what does assembled in china mean?
A shopper on Aug 14, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The materials aren't from China, but that's where the item was made.
Can these go straight on a baking sheet / cookie sheet without the need for a muffin pan?
ChtVA on Sep 29, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes, I have used them that way. They hold up.
BPA free?
A shopper on Jun 3, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes, these are BPA free.
How much volume does it hold? I.e. a cup of water? More? Less?
Jeanette H on Feb 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Straight to your query from my measuring cup - 1 cup of water exactly to the top of the muffin cup. Of course, you'd only fill the muffin cup 1/2 to 2/3 full of batter with a resulting muffin that is more like a small cake. Very impressive and very filling. I like using them along with the smaller size to give folks a selection dependent on their appetite. Enjoy.
It's very hard to figure out recipe for the cupcakes ... can you give easy to follow recipes ???
Elaine M on May 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I just use regular muffin recipes from my various cookbooks. Those are usually written for 12 muffins, but you can use the same recipe for 6 muffins. Just the 6 will obviously be larger than 12, so you need to watch the cooking time. The large ones my take more time.
