Must have for best tasting & tender grilled meats
Amazing way to grill your favorites. Love this technique in grilling! Easy to use and can be reused.
Could not get enough of the fruit wood varieties (apple, pear, etc), please expand product choices. Not easy to find in the Midwest areas.
Most difficult part of grilling with these is to 'leave it alone' & 'no peeking'! Use it on gas or charcoal grill offset from flame as your grill becomes a slightly lower temp smoker-oven without fuss and worry.
Sear meat one side only flipping un-seared side onto soaked plank. Close lid and cook normally.
