Description

EXCLUSIVE Our premium nonstick grill grids belong in the arsenal of every grilling master. Featuring an advanced double-coated, silicone-based nonstick surface specifically designed to withstand the high temperatures of grilling, our grids provide unparalleled food release and exceptional durability.

Grids are constructed from heavyweight carbon steel for superior heat conductivity and even heating. Great for getting that delicious, smoky flavor you love even when cooking small, hard-to-grill foods like shrimp, mixed veggies, mussels and more. Grids clean up easily in warm, soapy water and are both PTFE- and PFOA-free.

We've used ours about 4 times and really like it. We typically grill between 350-450 degrees and haven't had any warping. The non stick feature works very well. The handles make it easy to use. I do need to try the baking soda clean up tip though to get off the darker residue.

difficult to clean
Too hard to clean up and not worth the trouble. And the surface is thinly coated and easily scratched. Very disappointed. I will try a ceramic coated grid or go back to cast iron.

Tired of losing pieces of my meal through the grill grates and this should make for easier clean up.

How do I get rid of the dark slightly sticky areas after using?
Jan W on Jun 23, 2015
Best Answer: I use baking soda. Seems to come clean with a baking soda paste. I have always used this on sticky things. The other choice, and one I also use - is vinegar. I keep distilled vinegar in a spray bottle for cleaning. Also, Windex makes a vinegar solution now that can be used. Hope this helps!

Can I use regular metal grilling tools or will they scratch the surface? If I can't use them, are there grilling tools that you sell which would be appropriate to use?
A shopper on Jul 13, 2015
Best Answer: The grill grids do have a protective coating and it is not recommended to use metal grill tools when flipping or stirring the food. I normally just use the same tools I would use on a non- stick pot or pan in the house.

What is the baking soda clean up? Always looking for a better way.
Judith Ann D on Jul 6, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Judith. Since this product is nonstick, if you use any kind of metal like fiber cloth like a wired sponge or S.O.S pad, it will strip the nonstick coating right off the pan. The baking soda soak for 4 minutes will allow food to be gentley lifted off the pan and is easy to wipe off with a discloth and warm water. Happy Grilling! :)
