The Best Vanilla Ever
I really love the vanilla extract. I've used this extract for ice cream, cakes, pastries, and bread pudding. This is the best I've ever tasted. It is so full of flavor, and the best on the market. You can actually see the bean in the liquid version, and the aroma is so rich. Try it to flavor coffee --- yum

You need to only smell the aroma of Tahitian Vanilla as compaired to Madisgar Vanilla to know why I purchased this. A blind smell test will convince you.

Bottom Line: If you want to do serious baking, with a serious tasting product, and you will use Tahitian Vanilla. Yes, it costs (a LOT) more...but your baked goods will taste superior. Pay the money...get the product.

I'm a big fan of single-sourced spices and chocolates because of the distinctive flavor that a single source can produce. My sister loves to bake, she is running out of vanilla, she loved the single-source Vietnamese Cinnamon that I got for her a couple years ago, and it's her birthday...so, Voila!

My Grandmother loves the Vanilla from your site! At 92, she doesn't need much but giving her really good baking stuff she will use is great!

Supposed to be better for ice cream and whipped cream than the Madagascar vanilla (which is darn good) - we'll see....
