Totally beautiful but easily crumbles apart!
I absolutely loved the look of this salt jar for my kitchen, but it broke literally within the first three days! I accidentally tapped the lid on the counter and the handle crumbled like sand. Before the end of the first week I knocked the lid against the counter and the lid broke in half. I'm tempted to buy another, but know it would be a waste. Disappointed.

Love it
I absolutely love the cement containers. Use them daily to hold salt, pepper and coffee (4.75 in size). Have the utensil holder as well, they look fantastic in the kitchen and are very versatile.

based solely on the way it looks. Also, wanted something for my table that was attractive to hold salt.

I ordered the cement utensils along with the spice jars and it was paris themed! Very cool.

Does this salt container include the spoon that is pictured?
Rosanne H on Oct 20, 2015
Best Answer: no, there is no spoon...I've converted to the Food Network Chef's practice of grabbing a pinch with my fingers...
