Great product for gifts and bake sales!
All of these paper molds are great products. I've used several of them for bake sales and to give baked goods as gifts. They are sturdy, pretty and durable

These work well
I use these pans for Holiday bread baking - they make the loaves look nice, more like a finished gift than something I just pulled out of the pantry. They work well with the large cello bags and a nice bow.
They are deep enough for thick rolls or a panatone style bread.
No need to grease or spray, the bread comes out pretty much without any sticking.
Best of all, no clean-up required

Paper Molds Are Perfect for Disposable Baking.
Sur La Table is helping All Bakers w/Baking Treats that can be given w/o Asking for ""Pan{s} Back. No need for Your Name on Bottom and end up Asking For Pan{s} back.Embarassing for All. The Only Set Back is not knowing the Dimensions or Height of Every ""Paper Baking Mold"". These are Questions People are Asking. Not All ""Paper Molds"" are Descriptive for the Above. Also, what makes these ""Easy Release""? Am Allergic to Vegetable Oils that contain Soy. Tho' Am Still Using Them. Thanks Sur La Table

Too Shallow
The pans I received were not 3inches deep. They are about 2 1/4 inches deep. Didn't measure before filling with batter which overflowed all over the oven.

How big and deep are these molds?

There isn't any information listed under description indicating the size of these molds.
A shopper on Sep 25, 2011
BEST ANSWER: This baking mold is 3"" deep and 8 1/2"" in diameter
Will these paper pans work for cheesecake?
A shopper on Jan 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, I think they would work well. I baked cinnamon rolls in them, and they baked up just the same as they do when I bake them in glass pyrex. I would gift them or use them right away though. I froze them to give later and the paper buckled a bit as if it had gotten wet and it just didn't look as pretty. Also the sides are 3" high and so a good inch above my baked goods, so they didn't look as pretty as I wanted them to when I wrapped them up to give. Wish they had some with 2" sides.
Can you use these for pot pies?
A shopper on Mar 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I don't think I would attempt pot pie in these. They have little tiny holes in the bottom and are used for baking. I have relied on these for several years for holiday baking. They are wonderful! I buy them by the dozen so I don't run out!
Can I bake my 'Date-Nut CAKE' in my SLOW COOKER using a paper mold? I know my cake works well in my spring-form pan but I'd like a larger cake and wonder if a paper mold would work. My cake takes 2-2.5 hrs to cook.
A shopper on Mar 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes, as long as you don't exceed temps of 390°.
Is there any soy in the paper? I used these for a party and they worked great but I'm now preparing for someone with a severe soy allergy and want to be safe. Thanks.
Kathie S on Jan 3, 2015
BEST ANSWER: No, these don't contain any soy.
I need to have 9 X 3 & 6 X 3

Are the two sizes listed above available?9 X 3 & 6 X
A shopper on Apr 27, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately, we do not carry any 9x3 or 6x3 baking molds
