Great Oven
This oven works fantastic. I have cooked chicken on the rotisserie that was awesome! Love the Quartz and Halogen combo for quick heating.
I almost did not make the purchase after reading the first review.
I called SLT and they told me the plastic coating on the plugs were a protective covering that is to be taken off before plugging into the wall.

The #1 problem with this oven
Perhaps I got the one lemon in the entire line, but on the oven I got the plug was inoperable. The plus itself was heavy plastic. The prongs were coated with heavy plastic so they wouldn't insert into any known outlet. And just to make sure it was totally useless, there was a T-shaped inset between the regular prongs and the grounding prong that made it impossible to insert. I hope the mfr will correct this problem, but be sure to check with SLT first before you buy it.
