Description

This easy-to-use, premium-grade, state-of-the-art diamond sharpening steel is made of microcrystalline diamonds bonded with nickel to a lightweight oval steel shaft that both sharpens and realigns at the same time, quickly producing a high-grade cutting edge. Even sharpens serrated knives.

No messy oil or water required. Fits most standard knife blocks. 600 grit diamond mesh. Rinse clean to prevent steel buildup. 10" x ½" oval. Made in the USA.

The sharpening is done perfectly when both sides of the blade from bolster to tip alternatingly glide over the full length of the steel. Move the blade from bolster to point at a 20 degree angle with slight pressure against the steel.
