Really fun to make and bring to parties!
I've made multiple batches of goat cheese from this kit and it's actually really quick and pretty easy. I've even tried it with ultra-pasteurized goat milk (it recommends just regular pasteurized) and it still turned out, I think I just got fewer curds. I have also made it to bring to parties and book clubs and everyone is always so impressed!

Doesn't work
After reading the previous review that they used Pasteurized goat milk I bought this kit. I tried it twice with ultra pasteurized milk and it does not work. I then found a goat farm and bought fresh raw goat milk and tired making the cheese twice. It would not make curds. I have made mozzarella cheese before and am familiar with making cheese and the process. Very disappointed and I bought two kits.
