Bodum® FYN Stemless Red Wine Glass
The delicate ridges in the center of the tumbler transfer the heat from the fingers away from the surface of the drink, allowing it to retain the ideal temperature, which also makes these a great choice for mulled wine. Dishwasher-safe borosilicate glass. 12 oz.
The light-weight borosilicate glass of the FYN drinkware will never cloud from washing or stain from red wine or other dark beverages. With a broad range of sizes and shapes available, the glasses are ideal vessels for cocktails, beer, sodas, wine, champagne and more. The delicate ridges in the center of the glass transfer the heat from the fingers away from the surface of the drink, allowing it to retain the ideal temperature. A beautiful addition to any table setting, the FYN collection charms the eye and delights its user while paying homage to the BODUM Danish heritag.
In 1958, the first Bodum product hit the market: the Santos coffee maker. Based on a vacuum coffee-brewing system, it became an instant sensation, not only in Denmark but in all of Europe. Bodum has continued to produce the original Santos design to this very day.
In 1974, Bistro, the first Bodum French coffee press, was introduced. It was also the first incorporation of the new Bodum design language&;#151;beautiful simplicity and excellent materials for everyday life. Many more variations of the coffee press followed. Since 1974, Bodum has produced more than 60 million French presses, taken the leap from &;#147;coffee&;#148; to &;#147;kitchen&;#148; and developed and produced a large variety of beautiful household and tabletop designs.
In 1992, Bodum entered the field of electrical household products. The IBIS water kettle was the first in a long line of simple, as well as sophisticated, electrical kitchen helpers: juicers, coffee grinders and, in 2003, Granos, a true steam engine of an espresso machine. In 2000, Bodum took the risk of turning the popular Santos of the 1950s into a completely contemporary design, and was highly rewarded. Few (if any) coffee makers have ever received so many compliments and awards as the electric Santos.
The Bodum Group is, and always has been, a family-owned business. Today it is owned by Pia and Joergen Bodum, daughter and son of founder Peter Bodum.
