Demeyere are the strongest and best looking pots I have ever used. I burnt one of them dry once by accident and there was no damage. Bought the steamer to complete a set for my mother.

Which pot did you use this steamer insert in?
Stella C on Aug 18, 2015
BEST ANSWER: It fit the 3 qt sauce pan (if I recall correctly). However, the Atlantis set proved way too heavy for our use so we ended up going with the 5-Plus set ( WE LOVE IT). It didn't include a pan that worked with the steamer insert, so we bought the 3 1/2 qt saucier in the Sensation series. I hope this is helpful.
Which Demeyere pot does this fit in? The 5 qt pot? Thanks.
A shopper on Nov 25, 2015
BEST ANSWER: If this is the 8" across "strainer" then yes, it works with the 5 qt. stock pot. We have found that it functions more like steamer than a strainer however.
where can I buy steamer gaskets for my demeyer steamer inserts?
I am not sure, but I think that there are only two steamer insert sizes and i am looking for gaskets for both.
A shopper on Mar 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I'd try the manufacturer.
