HANDCRAFTED IN FRANCE
At the Le Creuset foundry in northern France, molten iron is sand cast from a single mold that’s destroyed after use, explaining why no two pieces are exactly alike. Pots and pans are then painstakingly polished and finished by hand, sprayed with two coats of enamel and fired twice.

Nothing cooks better
For stews, soups, searing meat, sauteing veggies, nothing works better than these. The enamel coating is easy to keep clean, and it puts a really good sear on food. It's really a great all-in-one pan as well--You can brown meats and veggies, add stock and aromatics, and put it in the oven and you've got a great soup or stew. I would definitely recommend this to any serious or casual cook

Absolutely Fabulous Sweety
I have many pieces of Le Creuset and I love them. They are perfect for stewing, roasting, braising and so much more. I even baked Bread in mine once. These are pieces you will have and love and USE for years and years

Can't go wrong.
The 7 1/4 quart pot is my go to for soups, stews, and braises. The light colored enamel coating means you can keep an eye on what you're cooking and keep the fond from burning. I use it on both the stove top and in the oven; it retains heat well and is heavy duty. I figure this pot will outlast me
