From celebrated chef and restaurateur Charlie Palmer comes a delicious line of rubs and marinades designed to enhance grilled and barbecued foods. Add some zest to chicken, pork, game birds and more with this easy-to-use injectable marinade. Because the marinade stays inside the meat, cooked meat remains perfectly juicy, tender and flavorful.

To use, simply pour approximately an ounce per pound of meat into a bowl, fill your syringe from the bowl, then inject the marinade into the breasts, thighs, and drumsticks of poultry or into the piece of meat being marinated. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for two to four hours, then bake, deep-fry, grill or smoke.
