Garlic and Herb Injectable Marinade
To use, simply pour approximately an ounce per pound of meat into a bowl, fill your syringe from the bowl, then inject the marinade into the breasts, thighs, and drumsticks of poultry or into the piece of meat being marinated. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for two to four hours, then bake, deep-fry, grill or smoke.
