caution the handles are not well welded
The spot welds on the handles are poorly done. After a while the welds give out. Either poor craftsmanship or cheap stainless. This same poacher is sold under many different brands. Made in China.

Cleaning a problem
I used cooking spray inside and I used the pan to braise a rack of ribs.
The cooking spray cooked onto the inside and was hard to get off. I used a little green scotch pad and it was abrasive on the inside. Is it really stainless steel? Why would that pad be abrasive, I thought it was some type of plastic?
Also, when I dried it there was a black residue on the dish towel
