In Stock and Ready to Ship
Exclusive Designed by the world’s fastest oyster shucker, this distinctively shaped oyster knife makes it easy to pop oysters open with less pressure than traditional oyster knives.

To use, simply insert the tip into the oyster’s hinge until set, then turn the handle slightly to pop the hinge. After popping, use the knife to scrape the oyster’s adducter muscle from the top of the shell, clean any grit out of the oyster with the tip of the knife, and serve. Textured, pistol-grip handle provides a secure, comfortable grip, and the knife cleans up easily in the dishwasher.

Broke after shucking 4 oysters
While the concept of the design of this shucker seemed good, the blade broke after shucking 4 oysters. Not worth the money

best ever!!
We have been shucking for years and trying new knives and systems; some work some don't, but THIS knife is perfection! It works efficiently and easily on ALL sizes and forms of oysters, and the simple but ingenious tip and grip lead to this result. We have ditched our collection of nearly-good knives and now have presented this one to multiple oyster- loving friends as gifts---they ALL say the same: "awesome performance". As a top testimonial we now have two watermen/lobstermen in Maine and one bartender near Annapolis who swear by its use too. You really can't go wrong. The one negative review must have described a manufacturing defect which the company would have easily resolved with a replacement. We have had zero breakage or wear in over a year of steady use.
