Can you freeze these jars?

Best Answer: These jars are freezer-safe as well as oven and microwave safe. Weck provides helpful tips on freezing with glass.

Can you bake in these?

Best Answer: Yes! I actually just baked some pumpkin pots de crème for Thanksgiving using these jars. I baked them in a water bath at 325 degrees for 40ish minutes.
