Description

Our exclusive scoop sheet pan makes baking cookies easier than ever thanks to an innovative scoop design and smart, baker-friendly construction. Pans feature a secure, easy-to-grip handle and a tapered edge that makes it easy to slide finished cookies onto a countertop or cooling sheet.

Developed exclusively for Sur La Table, our commercial-quality bakeware meets the highest standards for performance and durability. Thick, aluminized steel pan is made from 65% recycled steel for superior heat transfer as well as resistance to corrosion. Edge is reinforced with steel wire for extra strength and warping resistance. Thanks to the corrugated surface, air circulates under baking food for consistent, perfect results every time.

Platinum Professional pans feature a nonstick silicone coating formulated to meet the specific needs of baking and contain no PTFEs or PFOAs. Superior nonstick provides effortless release of cooked foods and cleans up in a flash. Set includes two 14" x 18" pans.

Best pan ever!
I purchased 1 of these pans several months ago. It has more than met my expectations. I don't bake anymore so I've mostly used it for roasting vegetables. Because of the slanted side I just slide everything off. I don't mind hand washing it because it is a breeze to do.so. I have donated my other sheet pans.

Awesome!
Best pan I have ever purchased! I thought a bit pricey at first, but now that I have used it a few times I realize it is worth it! Cookies bake evenly every time and literally slide right off the pan. No hassle with greasing or spraying before baking. No sticky residue left after to scrub off the pan. Clean up is so easy! I have never written a product review, but this product is phenomenonal! I LOVE THIS PAN!

How deep is this pan?
A shopper on Dec 4, 2014
Best Answer: It's about 1 inch but only on one side. It's basically a cookie sheet with one side higher so you can roast nuts or vegetables or something like Chex Mix. The higher side allows you to scoop without everything rolling off the tray.

I typically use parchment paper when baking cookies. Would I still need to use it?
Kerry D on Jan 2, 2015
Best Answer: This is my first bake w/ these sheets. I did not use parchment and they came out ALMOST as easily as the other tray (a 'commercial II --double walled tray I have used for some time) the ridges meant I could lift cookies out while warmer and more flexible. I am not a perfectionist and I am pretty lazy w/ this sort of thing (hence bothering w/ parchment on these (oatmeal lace cookies--delicate and easily stuck to pan --and then turning into crumbs!) I will gladly give up using parchment w/ these pans. But perhaps, if I wanted to make a special presentation I would add parchment. Hope this helps.
