I've always been diligent about brining my turkey at Thanksgiving, but for some reason I never brined chicken that I cook all the time. I tried a couple of home made brine recipes before coming across this brine at Sur La Table. While the home recipes performed well, they didn't come close to what I was able to produce with this ready made brine. My chicken has truly never tasted better.
