Why did you choose this?
Sur La Table Store
I have a 10" skillet by Le Creuset that I really like. I wanted a smaller 8" to cook scrambled eggs; the 10" is a little too large for this task. You really cannot go wrong with Le Creuset cookware.

I read that this was the best size for two people and the nonstick finish was the best in the WSJ.

I have this same size pan in Caphalon Unison, it's cracked and I fear releasing toxins. Caphalon wants me to pay to ship the pan for almost two months to inspect it. So I need a pan and I read this is a safer non-stick product. Important because I use this size daily for my son's meals. I should have purchased Le Creuset to begin with. I will slowly replace my Caphalon for Le Creuset.
