Innovative press cuts and forms perfect mini-pies in no time; all you need is a baking stone. Simply roll pie, pizza or empanada dough to .125" thickness and use lid to cut bottom rounds of mini-pies. Then place dough rounds in the bottom of the press and fill with one to two tablespoons of your filling of choice.
Use the lid again to cut top rounds and place over filling. Replace lid and press to form and seal mini-pies. Cook on your grill baking stone at 425°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Press is top-shelf dishwasher safe, hand washing recommended.
