Cake Pops: Tips, Tricks, and Recipes for More Than 40 Irresistible Mini Treats by Angie Dudley

Wonder what’s cuter than a cupcake? A cake pop, hello! If you haven’t noticed, popular blogger Bakerella (aka Angie Dudley) is turning cake pops into an international sensation.

Cute little cakes on a stick, from decorated balls to more ambitious shapes such as baby chicks, ice cream cones and even tiny cupcakes, these adorable creations are the perfect alternative to cake at any party or get-together.

Martha Stewart loved the cupcake pops so much she had Bakerella appear on her show to demonstrate making them. Now, Angie makes it easy and fun to re-create these amazing treats at home with simple step-by-step instructions and photos of more than 40 projects. You’ll also find clever tips for presentation, decorating, dipping, coloring and melting chocolate and much more.

This book is so precisely detailed that anyone who has never made Cake Pops before will find them EASY to make!! Even the experienced baker who has made cake pops before will enjoy the numerous cute and creative decorating ideas and color photos of each.

The book is ""divided"" into basically 3 sections. The 1st section details how to make plain & shaped cake balls. Very detailed directions with color photos. This section also discusses supplies and how to dip the cake balls in chocolate (more detailed photos).
There also is a chart with suggested cake/frosting combinations.

The 2nd section(MAIN PART OF BOOK) is pages and pages of cute creative cake pops with photos and instructions for creating these.

The 3rd section is cake and frosting recipes.
Ideas of how to display Cake Pops and supply resources.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK to anyone who makes Cake Pops!!
