Description

We know there’s an art form to a beautifully prepared tart. Nonstick surface coating helps your creations slide right out. The removable bottom makes releasing from the mold a breeze. Made in France.

Now the technological difficulties with creating perfect tarts won’t get in the way. Wonderful for quiche, too. Steel with nonstick coating. Hand wash.

The name is excellent and it is a hard to find 10.5 inch tart pan . I compared it to other sites and, while it is more expensive , it is exactly what I was looking for .

Nonstick is what I prefer to use...have just metal ones too...but sometimes have a sticking problem...and never a problem with the non stick type

I needed one.

My husband and I really enjoy linzertorte, but I had been making do these last years with a pie dish instead of a true two-part tart pan. After looking at several in store, I opted to purchase this with my other online items.

Need for a baking competition. Recipe called for a pan with a removable bottom.
Meghan K on Nov 17, 2014
It is non-stick.
Kareen S on Nov 8, 2014
These no stick pans work beautifully on cake batter. Pie dough is not a problem on regular tart pans but if you do a cake with a blueberry filling for example you really need no stick pans.

How deep are they?
A shopper on Oct 12, 2014
BEST ANSWER: About an inch or a little more.
Is the diameter measured at the bottom of the pan, or at the top of the flared fluted edge as far as ordering size?
Deborah on Nov 4, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The diameter is measured at the top.
Can you tell me what the non stick coating is made of? Is there teflon in it?
A shopper on Feb 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I am not sure what material is used for this pan. It does not appear to be "Teflon" as I know it - - easily scratched, etc. The surface is much harder and resistant to even a sharp knife (I've used it several times already and was surprised that even my sharpest knife did not knick the bottom of the pan). So far, I'm very pleased. Tarts slip out easily, even with sticky jam fillings that spill over.
Has anyone had a problem with this pan leaking through the gap between the bottom and the frame?
A shopper on Dec 29, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I have not experienced any leaking. I normally bake a blueberry torte in the pan
is cooking time longer with dark non stick pan?
A shopper on Mar 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: When cooking with dark pans you need to reduce the oven temp to 325 degrees but the cooking time remains the same. Dark pans cook hotter.
Is this dishwasher safe?
A shopper on Apr 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No, it's not.
