I am having trouble choosing between a 2 and 3 quart saucier. If price isn�t the determining factor, should I go with the 3 qt

At the moment I am single and therefore don't cook for a large number people very often and was therefore thinking the 2 qt would suffice. But, I want to get cookware that will last a long time and will be as versatile as possible and the 3 qt seems to fit that bill

These are a lifetime purchase and I would certainly invest in the 3 quart vs the 2 quart. This will assure that you have a product that you can use now and one that you can use as your family grows. It is an excellent investment.
