No garlic press I ever owned really worked until now. Excellent product! It comes with a tool that pokes out the holes nice and clean. Easy to use; even with my arthritic hands I can squeeze it. Highly recommend!
No matter how well this presses garlic (it does press well) the coating flakes off and I'm sure I've gotten some into my food before I noticed and had to toss it. It took about 1 year for the coating to bubble up and start flaking off. Please don't use this product as it's a major health hazard.
I love this garlic press. I used at my mom's house all the time and now I need to buy one for myself! Some of the other reviews said it fell apart, but you need to make sure to hand wash it. Sometimes garlic gets stuck in the holes, but it comes with a cover to poke that out. This works great
The best part of this garlic press was the plastic cleaning piece that comes with it which worked quite nicely and stored easily in the handle of the press. However, after only a few months of use, the entire bottom of the garlic press (where the garlic comes out) busted out. The metal just simply fractured. I never used any more than 2 medium cloves in the press at any time. Very disappointed
