I'm a high fat low carb diet, so I'm always looking for different forms of fat to use for cooking. This is a good one. It's rich and it adds a lot of flavor to anything I cook. I recommend rubbing it on a whole chicken before roasting or using it to pan fry broccoli
I rubbed it between the skin of the turkey and the meat and I believe it helped to keep the breast meat juicy. Is especially good for frying because it has a higher smoking temperature. Duck Fat hash home frys are amazing
