    Steel Perfection!
I've owned Wusthof knives for the past decade but knew that it was time for an upgrade. You can't got wrong with the Bob Kramer collection. Yes, it was expensive but the blade is phenomenal and the handle fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. Its been a month and I've found myself seeking excuses to use my new paring knife
