Joseph Joseph® Index™ Advance Chopping Board Set

The latest generation of Joseph Joseph’s handy cutting-board categorization system now boasts non-slip feet on both sides of the chopping boards. Four color-coded chopping boards have illustrated tabs labeling which board should be used for which food type—vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food. Boards store neatly in a stylish storage case that features a non-slip base and a subtle embossed design with silver hue.

Tabs are staggered for visual ease. Designed to help cooks reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different foods. Storage case has vented bottom for easy drainage and air circulation. Boards are dishwasher safe. Set of four.

"Great idea, wonderfully executed"
While a little overpriced, these cutting boards are a great idea for anyone. They're made of very thick plastic, and they look beautiful in our kitchen. I was a little surprised that the case is also plastic, but it's still very heavy-duty. Very happy with the look and utility of this cutting board set

Genius!
My whole family loves this product because it has eliminated the confusion of which cutting boards should be used for which process. There are three children of varying ages (two of them teenagers) in our household and while they don't do too much cooking, they at least know which board is the appropriate one for making a sandwich. The color-coding and symbols have removed the guess work that was involved in our old system - so no more fears of cross contamination. And, even better, they have a tidy place to live on our kitchen counter
