Fat Daddio's Round Cheesecake Pan
I have made one cheesecake using my new pan and I was so surprised at how easy this Fat Daddio's pan made it. All my other cheesecake have been made with spring form pans - which I will continue to use - but I may have to break myself of the habit of grabbing this new pan first.

Great Little Surprises
I make a lot of cheesecake, and occasionally need small "sample" or gift sizes. The 6" pans are perfect, and their rapid heating and cooling is such a bonus. They clean up in no time at all and are priced perfectly. I can't thank you enough for such a professional-level product.

I have other Springform pans that are used for making Cheesecakes. This one is in between the sizes that we already have plus, it has a different look to it than others, so out of curiosity and interest I a choosing this style.

These smaller round pans (6") work better for gluten free baking. Often times, GF baked goods don't bake in the center as well as gluten products do so with smaller pans my hope is that the entire cake or bread will bake more evenly all the way through. I have also purchased smaller loaf pans for this same reason. Also, this small 6 inch pan makes the adorable small 2 layer cakes you often in see in bakeries that are a good size for 3 - 4 servings!!

I have several recipes for cheesecake in the pressure cooker and they call for the 7"x4" Fat daddios removable bottom pan- I cannot find this size anywhere! Cheesecake in the Instant Pot is obviously very popular! will you be carrying this size in the future?
Kristina T on Jan 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: At this time I'm not aware of any plans to carry additional sizes of this pan.
looking for a pan to make a pineapple upside down cake, can you tell me what pan to use?
A shopper on Jul 13, 2015
BEST ANSWER: We are delighted with this pan, no stick whatsoever and cleans easily
Is this pan different than a springform?
A shopper on Aug 24, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The FAT DADDIO Round Cheesecake Pan that I purchased is different than a springform in that the pan's bottom can be removed freely; it does not have [for lack of a better word] a clasp/clamp to hold the surrounding edge to the bottom. So when you have finished baking your cheesecake and it has cooled it is just a matter of push(but before doing that you may want to lightly run something between the cake and the edge of the pan to help loosen it somewhat) the bottom up to separate it from the sides of the pan. I hope that answers your question.
