Impressive!
I had this for 6 months before I put it to work and now it is earning it's keep! Fabulous even cooking from cheesecakes to buttermilk upside down cakes. Lightweight and really easy to clean. Love the catch rim for minor oozing. Going to order the square one next!

In a word...PERFECTION!
I think I'm in love...

I have always been taught that to get professional results, start with professional equipment. I have found perfection in this springform pan. I looooove how the base is pushed up and how easy the ring just locks around the base without having to fidget to see if the bottom is seated well. The pan bakes like a dream. Easy to release cheesecke and perfect in color and texture. Cleanup was a snap, I literally just wiped it clean

Simply The Best
I ordered three types of Fat Daddio's cheesecake pans, and they did not disappoint. My regular cheesecakes are very tall, and this springform variety supports every delicious centimeter. These pans heat and cool so quickly, it's a great help in moving from one step to the next, important when you have lots to do. Clean-up is remarkably easy. Great pricing; I can't say enough good things. A superior product!

This product had great reviews, better than the higher price ones which would have been my first choice thinking higher price better quality. I was happy to have the reviews to depend on. Keep calm and bake on!

I want to try it out and compare to the Williams Sonoma gold line. Also they have a 10" pan which I needed and WS did not.
Karen E on Apr 24, 2016
First, I read the positive reviews on these particular pans. In particular, I love the fact that the cream cheese filling does-not leak through the bottom of the pan. I bought 2, (8-inch),to use for my New York style cheesecake. Looking forward, to finally, utilizing a good-quality piece of equipment, rather than the junk im presently using.
virginia g on Apr 1, 2016
never heard of the brand and wanted to try it out
Joseph K on Mar 7, 2016
I chose these pans because of the lighter finish. Many springforms come in dark metal and can cook cakes too fast.
Maryann C on Mar 6, 2016
I live alone and wanted something small.
KEITH Y on Feb 24, 2016
I refurbished an entire kitchen--including the old and outdated gadgets and appliances. I had never had a springform pan before; however, since so many recipes call for them, I wanted to give it a try. The fact that this pan is touted as non-reactive to lemon and other acidic foods is a plus

I don't have much experience with springform pans but the one I had leaked. Does this one leak?
A shopper on Dec 10, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Although any springform pan can leak, none should leak cake batter. I would never expect one of these to leak batter while baking a cake or cheesecake unless it was damaged. As many crusts have butter in them as a binder, a small amount of the butter can ooze out from any springform pan. If not cooking in a water-bath I would simply place a piece of aluminum foil under the pan.
I'm surprised to find aluminum bakeware! Isn't stainless steel far better to use?
Teresa G on Jan 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Stainless steel is a poor conductor of heat. Aluminum bakeware provides better, more even results. Additionally, most aluminum bakeware is anodized or coated so that food doesn't come directly into contact with aluminum.
