ECO-FRIENDLY Messy bread crumbs get put in their place with this dual-sided cutting board that catches crumbs and leaves your counters clean. One side features eight grooves for cutting bread and containing crumbs, while the other side is flat and perfect for daily use.

Responsibly made in the USA, this natural wood-fiber board uses materials certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. The nonporous surface does not hold bacteria, making it safe and sanitary.

Heat resistant up to 350°F, so it doubles as a trivet without damage. Durable enough to hold up to heavy use, yet won’t dull knives. Cleans up in the dishwasher without damaging the material.

I liked the fact that you could use either side. The one I have now is wooden and I like the material of this eco friendly fibers.

a great way to make new friends is to arrange to go to their house and have fresh bread to "break" together (or something gluten free, perhaps?)
