Allow to cool completely before cleaning. Oil pan and fry basket are dishwasher safe. Clean inside of unit with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Do not use steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Clean after every use. Remove oil from bottom of pan to prevent smoking.
