A must for baking with chocolate, espresso powder enhances chocolate’s flavor without adding its own coffee flavor. Specially selected coffee beans are ground, brewed, dried and ground into a powder that quickly dissolves for easy mixing.

Use ½ to 2 teaspoons in chocolate baked goods, frostings and sauces. For mocha flavor, use 2 teaspoons or more. Use espresso powder on its own to add a clean, strong coffee flavor to frostings, bars, cakes and cookies.

A little goes a long way and it won't add any coffee flavor at all. But what it does do is brings out more of the chocolate flavor. Think of it as an inexpensive way to boost and enhance your chocolate creations. This product is a ""must add"" to any thing I bake that is chocolate
